I love making art, whether it's a photograph, poem, painting, or song. I also love taking care of children, as a professional nanny with over 15 years of childcare experience.

When I'm not behind the camera, you might find me out on the town, or traveling to visit family across North Carolina or friends across the world -- my husband Nathen was born & raised in Australia!

I love thrift store shopping, coffee & herbal tea, and the local art & music community. I moved to Winston-Salem in 2006, with every intention of it being a stopover to NYC, and fell in love with this city and its charm. It's my New York in North Carolina!

Why I do what I love, and LOVE what I do

I value photography for so many reasons. My mom passed away when I was a baby, so she lives on for me entirely in pictures. I want to gift an even bigger legacy to my future children. I am privileged to impact anyone's life in such a permanent way as this, and I'm very grateful I can use the skills I have cultivated to bring joy to others for years to come.
